Bull Bot — Terms of Service

1. The service

Bull Bot lets project owners ("Projects") create a page linked to their X account, invite members ("Bulls"), and run campaigns that may automatically like and/or retweet campaign posts on X using members' connected accounts, subject to member settings and platform limits.

2. Accounts

You sign in with X via our auth provider. You must be authorised to use that X account. One X account may create one Project. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. X / third parties

Bull Bot uses the X API and other providers (e.g. Privy, NOWPayments, hosting). Their rules apply too. We don't control X. X may limit, suspend, or ban accounts or our app. You use autopilot knowing your X account may be restricted.

4. No guarantees

We don't guarantee likes, retweets, reach, rankings, token price, or business results. Campaigns may fail (rate limits, deleted posts, revoked access, outages).

5. Bulls

Joining a herd and connecting X can authorise Bull Bot to like/retweet for herds you join, within caps you and we set. You can pause, leave a Project, or disconnect X. Leaving/disconnecting stops future actions as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Projects & content

Projects may only submit links to posts they're allowed to promote. No illegal content, scams, impersonation, malware, or hate. We may suspend Projects or accounts that abuse the service. We don't have to pre-moderate every Project.

7. Plans, trial, payments

Paid plans are billed in advance via NOWPayments in crypto (USDC, USDT, etc.). Prices are as shown at checkout. Trial: 7 days; then subscription renews unless cancelled before trial ends. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Failed payment may pause campaigns.

8. Acceptable use

No trying to bypass caps, no selling access to others' X accounts, no attacking our systems, no using Bull Bot to break law or X rules. We may suspend or terminate for abuse.

9. IP

Bull Bot's branding, software, and site content are ours. Your Project name/links remain yours.

10. Disclaimer

Service is provided "as is." To the max extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and uninterrupted/error-free service.

11. Liability cap

To the max extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or AUD $100 if you paid nothing). We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, lost profits, lost data, or X enforcement actions.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, Projects, Bull use, or misuse of the service.

13. Changes

We may change features or these Terms. Continued use after notice means you accept the update. Material price changes apply on the next billing cycle.

14. Termination

You may stop anytime (cancel sub, leave herds, disconnect X). We may suspend/terminate for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Sections that should survive (liability, indemnity, etc.) survive.

15. Law

Governed by the laws of Australia. Courts in Australia have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights where you live.

Privacy (short)

We collect: X profile/IDs, OAuth tokens (encrypted), project memberships, campaign/action logs, payment data via NOWPayments (we don't store wallet keys). Used to run the service, bill, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Processors: Privy, NOWPayments, Supabase, Vercel, X. You may request deletion subject to legal retention.
